Our milling capabilities include producing wood molding up to 9” wide in many different profiles and species. We can produce stock profiles as well as custom match existing profiles. We produce or reproduce these moldings using a weinig 6 head molder. We have the capabilities of producing residential and commercial trim packages.

In addition to molding, we are able to make handrails, T&G v-board planks, T&G bead board planks, and various other wood components.

With 30” and 36” wide industrial planers, we have the capability of planning lumber up to 36” wide.

We can custom plane your dried, newly sawn lumber, as well as re-mill old lumber. If needed, we can de-nail your old lumber before planning.

With a 24” wide ripsaw, we have the capability to straight line rip or gang rip your newly sawn or old lumber to your specified widths.

Capabilities include milling tongue and groove flooring out of customer supplied or shop purchased lumber. Flooring can be produced in many different widths and wood species. End matching is available.
